Andrea Bovero passed a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at the University of Ferrara; after the PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, he focused postdoctoral training in dermocosmetic sciences and technology.
He is an expert in marketing and communication and professor of cosmetology and communication of beauty and wellness in Italian and foreign Universities.
Currently he is president of the International Committee of Aesthetic and Cosmetology (CIDESCO) Italian Section, member of the CIDESCO INTERNATIONAL PR Commitee, art director of the “Beauty Capital’s Award”.
He is the director of the review Estetica Moderna. In cooperation with an international staff, he carries out consultancy services in structural design, marketing, SPA management, human resources, training, cosmetology, wellness and beauty events.
He is the author of the books : The Communication of Beauty&Wellness (2009), Dermocosmetology (2011), Spa Management (2013), The 3 souls of communication (2015).

Having worked as an executive at iconic properties like the Golden Door, Rancho La Puerta and the Grand Wailea Resort, Kim Marshall was the original public relations and branding representative for ISPA, the spa industry’s largest trade organization. She also served a four-year term on the Board of the Green Spa Network. She currently serves as a Media Advisor to the Global Wellness Summit and is a member of the Global Wellness Institute’s “Beauty to Wellness Initiative” and has recently chaired the BWI roundtable in L.A. that live-linked other roundtables in London, NYC and Hong Kong. She is also one of 83 Global Wellness Day Ambassadors from around the world.
