Roger Allen

Group CEO of RLA Global – USA – Austria – UAE
Known for his no-nonsense approach to the industry and the business world. He was a contributing author to the book “Hotel & Resorts Valuation–An Investor‘s Guide” and is a popular public speaker. Roger is also a Board of Director of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).
Roger is the Group CEO of RLA Global, a recognized global advisory to investors, owners, developers and management companies. Specialized in hospitality, leisure, recreation, wellbeing and tourism related to hotels, resorts, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, active living communities and destination tourism developments.
RLA Global works closely with the public and private sector in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa to provide conceptual planning, financial analysis and asset management of complex properties such as resorts, retreats and destination assets.
For more than 20 years, Roger has been working on multiple levels of project developments in the hospitality and leisure industries, developing a singular expertise in leisure projects: from the complexity of project planning through implementation and operations.

Throughout her career, Cornelia has always embodied a “people first” approach and is a firm believer in the value of a service mindset in any area of business.

Dr Franz Linser

Franz looks back on 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industries. He established Austria’s biggest wellness cluster and is a passionate and renowned strategist and mastermind in pioneering modern day wellness concepts. He is the Founder and CEO of Linser Hospitality, an internationally successful consulting firm based in Innsbruck, Austria; he is also member of the Board of Directors of the Global Spa & Wellness Summit (NewYork), an official Judge of the World Spa Awards (London), the Head of official judge of the World Spa Awards and the Manager of the Jury of  the European Spa Awards (Vienna).Today, Franz is a sought after speaker on all major spa and wellness congresses Worldwide his passion and innovative visions are widely appreciated in the industry.

Jean-Luc Pleuvry

General Manager of Operations at Relias Thalasso Group – France

After studying Management, Mr. Pleuvry turned to the Hotel, Tourism and Leisure industry. After 3 years spent in the 4 corners of the world at the Club Méditerranéen, he joined the Accor group in the West Indies.  In 2000, he took over the management of the THALAZUR Antibes site where I stayed for 7 years.

In 2007, following the reorganization decided by the President of the THALAZUR brand, he accepted the challenge as Operations Director for the 6 THALAZUR sites.

Today, he is CEO of Thalazur and its 9 French destinations which spread over the 3 French coasts.

Laura Grazioli

Co-founder & Director of World Spa Organization and
General Manager of LIFEXCELLENCE – SPA YOUR BUSINESS – Italy

Graduated in classical studies and with a Ba Hons in Business at the Anglia Ruskin University of Cambridge – UK, she initially works as a consultant for a well-known consulting firm in the strategic and organizational field in Milan, perfecting her managerial skills.

She builds her career in a variety of roles and industries, in companies of different sizes, where she was not just the admin but also gatekeeper, technology whiz, bookkeeper and marketing guru. She is not only used to wearing many hats, she sincerely enjoys it.

She is currently General Manager of LIFEXCELLENCE – SPA YOUR BUSINESS –  Italian company leader in services for the Spa & Beauty Industry – and Finance & Marketing Director of World Spa Organization, a large community that connects the players of the Spa & Beauty market at an international level.

Isabelle Charrier

Editor & Managing Editor Sense of WELLNESS Magazine

After graduating from business school, Isabelle began her career working as a project manager for major groups. Along the way, she met publisher Bernard Chevry who passed on his enthusiasm for the world of publishing and sharpened both her creative and business sense. In 2004, with the surging development of the French spa sector and her desire to pursue her career independently, she created the first professional French Spa magazine, of which she was editor for 2 successive publishers, until October 2016.
Thanks to her triple expertise, editorial – business – marketing, Isabelle launched Sense of WELLNESS Magazine and www.senseofwellness-mag.com in January 2017, delivering a 360° vision of the wellness industry connected by the common thread of people and innovation. Its immediate success confirmed Isabelle’s legitimacy as the Go-To expert in the French spa and wellness industry.

Isabelle has also developed SoWCOM, a dedicated agency offering a comprehensive service that ranges from designing wellness concepts and repositioning offerings to the creation of brochures, treatment menus, promotional documents, etc. for thalassotherapy and balneotherapy centers, hotel and day spas.

Isabelle also works alongside prestigious trade fairs, providing conference programs that she designs and coordinates. Sarah Camilleri is the editorial director and owner of European Spa magazine and its affiliated daily news website europeanspamagazine.com both of which are trusted business resources for spa and wellness hospitality leaders worldwide.

European Spa’s international success is built on its reputation for in-depth expert content derived from comprehensive ‘in-the-field’ research and journalistic integrity. 

Sarah also serves as an Advisory board member for the British Beauty Council.

Raffaella Dallarda

Italian from Milan, Ambassador of Spas in Italy, she is a Specialist of Wellbeing and she is professionally a Naturopath & a Physiotherapist.


Ms Dallarda is an AUDITOR of SPAS, Wellness & SPA Blogger, with the Blog 
www.inspatime.com and SoMeVlogger of SPA, through the Master of “Management & Marketing of Health Spa”, at the LUISS University in Rome.

From 2021, she is Spa Blogger of WORLD WELLNESS WEEKEND and of SUSTAINABLE SPA ASSOCIATION.

She have the ability and the expertise to represent the PR and communication services of Wellbeing, SPA & Hospitality.

Founder of INSPATOUR 2020 & 2021, a journey of enhancement of Italian SPAs in the world, through the 20 regions of Italy and the 5 keys to well-being, Raffaella offer strategic consulting services to Spas & Wellness Destinations, Beauty Farm, Spa Industry, thermal centers.

Jane Kitchen

Jane Kitchen has a 20-year career in journalism, specializing in the spa and wellness industry. She also writes about health and fitness, travel, architecture and design. Jane is a contributing editor at Spa Business magazine, where she writes features about the spa and wellness industry, interviewing some of the most influential people in the business, examining shifts in the marketplace, and reporting on new developments.

Additionally, Jane works as a research and creative consultant for Under a Tree Health & Wellness Consulting. A seasoned content creator, Jane also runs her own communications firm, working with brands on everything from press releases to in-house magazines to make sure their message is on point.
